中日新今天公告，中日新申請的債權協商案，已獲債權銀行同意通過。包括同意中日新出售閒置廠房，及展延一年還款期限。

中日新表示，今天與主辦債權銀行第一銀行等7家銀行團，舉行債權協商會議，會中結論均獲得債權銀行同意。

中日新指出，會議結論包括：同意中日新出售閒置的高雄廠房價款償還銀行借款。其次，原還款期間為100年11月1日至105年10月31日共五年，已同意再延長一年到106年10月31日，就102年10月底借款本金自102月11月1月到106月10月31日起，分為每年25%，以四年按季償還借款。

同時，借款利率自102年7月至10月更為2%，102年11月至103年10月變更為2.215%，103年11月至106年10月變更為2.34%。
