嘉警首度破獲未成年加入組織犯罪

嘉義縣警方今天首度破獲組織犯罪成員中，有未成年加入，該集團平時以言語恐嚇、棍棒毆打等方式暴力討債，並自製制服成立「莊家班」，帶回30歲的主嫌莊照鑫及黨羽共13人，其中有6名未成年、4名在學生，藉陣頭活動聚集。

集團主要活動範圍在嘉義縣布袋鎮，主嫌利用學生到校園裡吸收其他學生，在外面的暴力行為一經被害人報案警方介入調查，該幫成員隨即串供讓未成年同夥頂罪，年紀最小嫌犯的目前就讀國中二年級，年僅14歲；警方今天將以組織犯罪、恐嚇等罪將莊照鑫等移送嘉義地檢署偵辦。
