顏清標可望釋放　曾勇夫：地檢署依法處理

《會計法》修法將民意代表費用核銷除罪化，牽動因喝花酒服刑中的前立委顏清標是否可在修法公布、施行後可以即刻出監。法務部長曾勇夫今天上午參加全國反毒會議時說，「既然修法了，交由地檢署依法處理」。

顏清標兒子、立委顏寬恆今天一早到監獄探視父親，表示顏清標已聽聞消息，開心事情終於告一段落，不過對於自己被用《貪污罪》定讞，仍感到「鬱卒」。

針對民代、大學教授溯及既往除罪化，法務部正要求全國地檢署調查目前執行中相關案件，以備法令施行後「依法處理」。
