各位認為最適合減重的運動是什麼?

個人經驗是慢跑,是之前某日本知名節目所推薦的慢慢跑,每天跑三十分鐘,跑步前做些伏地挺身、仰臥起坐等基礎訓練,搭配飲食控制,一個月減重約三到四公斤,那時還是學生,不敢說大幅度修正攝取熱量,因為我個人需求並不是要減很多。

但現在上研究所後體重直線上升,每天離開實驗室幾乎都是晚上八、九點,想請問有甚麼運動適合夜間進行呢??
