補習班違約金

我在補習班工作，一個月月薪27000，契約時間是快兩年，可是做不到一年，我就不想待下去跟我生涯規畫不符合。違約金30000元，太貴了。

有教育訓練，可是教育訓練都是請內部老師，沒有請外面的老師，教育訓練的時間也是一個月1.3.5週挑其中一天，上一個小時的課。

想說違約金太貴了，想10000元或5000元就好，要怎麼做?
