張忠謀：台積電業績可創新高

（中央社記者張建中新竹11日電）晶圓代工龍頭台積電董事長暨總執行長張忠謀表示，台積電今年業績可望創新紀錄，未來還會更好。

張忠謀今天在股東常會後接受媒體訪問時指出，成功沒有秘訣，在科技業裡最重要的是技術。

他說，晶圓代工業是技術密集也是資本密集產業，近幾年台積電研發增加許多，工程師人數或經費也增加許多，4年中研發資本支出成長1倍。

另外，成功還要看準市場，張忠謀表示，台積電2004年便開始與安謀(ARM)合作，因為當時認為低功耗產品市場仍有很大空間，ARM的專長則是低功耗、高效能。

張忠謀指出，台積電2010年及2012年營收及獲利同創歷史新高紀錄，今年業績也可望再創新高紀錄。

隨著營運攀高，張忠謀說，台積電今年員工也持續加薪。1020611
