問題:某位汽車廠商出資一億元贊助某國際大導演拍攝電影，條件是該電影中正義一方的主角所乘之車輛都必須用他的廠牌，而邪惡一方所用的汽車都必須是另一家競爭對手的廠牌，請問接受這樣條件的贊助是否會違反倫理或法律？判斷標準為何？

我希望可以詳細解釋!!越細越好!!謝謝!

p.s 我的問題比較注重在法律倫理這一塊，希望可以詳細的說明!且能是專業級的發問最好!!
