美食節目愛！ 鮮蚵名店 炸粉含順丁稀二酸

台中市衛生局抽驗市面上111件澱粉，其中七件有問題，包括台中知名鮮蚵店的炸蚵粉，也驗出含有141PPM的順丁稀二酸，這家鮮蚵店每天產地現送聞明，很多藝人都愛，店面貼滿藝人的合照，還有藝人最愛菜單，鮮蚵店晚上才營業，也是小吃業的鄰居，同感無奈說，政府應該幫民眾從上游把關，不是找小吃業的麻煩。

每天產地現送的鮮蚵店名氣響亮，但是衛生局抽驗111件市售澱粉，其中7件不合格，鮮蚵店蚵仔煎使用的炸蚵粉也淪陷，驗出含有順丁稀二酸，鮮蚵店傍晚才營業，炸蚵粉不合格，一樣經營小吃業的鄰居同感無奈。鮮蚵店鄰居：「政負應該從上游開始管制，而不是找小吃業的麻煩。」店面有各媒體採訪還有藝人照片，這家鮮蚵店美食節目藝人都愛，還有個藝人愛吃菜單，提供客人餐考。

店家炸蚵的地瓜粉驗出141ppm的順丁希二酸，業者曾跟衛生局喊冤，表示問題澱粉事件發生後，問過上游廠商，也提出合格檢驗證明，沒想到衛生局抽驗確不合格，強調全面更換，採用新的合格證明。
