伍茲平了生涯在美國公開賽最糟的單輪成績

職業網球美國公開賽打完第三輪，老虎伍茲打出高於標準六桿的76桿，平了他職業生涯在美國公開賽的最糟成績，已經和冠軍絕緣。

不包括這一次，伍茲過去曾有三次在美國公開賽打出76桿，不過這一回的崩盤，來得特別不是時候，前兩輪結束的時候，他落後第一名四桿，還有機會一博，第三輪一開始，他就抓下一隻小鳥，令他龍心大悅，沒想到，那也是他這一輪唯一的博蒂，三輪打完，他與第一名的差距，已經擴大到十桿，排名也落到第31，與我國業餘小將（潘政琮）並列。
