台女染全球首例H6N1　專家：感染到人不得了

【綜合報導】衛生署疾病管制局昨宣布，南投一名在早餐店工作的20歲女店員感染H6N1禽流感病毒，為此病毒感染人類的全球首例；該女發病前未出國、無禽鳥接觸史，專家不排除是摸生雞蛋致病，但因無人傳人跡象，民眾不必恐慌。

台大醫院副院長張上淳說，不了解該女為何染病，但早餐店常用雞蛋，若蛋殼沾有帶病毒的糞便，女店員摸了之後又摸口鼻等黏膜處，就有可能感染。但台大獸醫專業學院名譽教授賴秀穗說：「原只會感染家禽的病毒，感染到人就是不得了的事」，農委會應加強養禽場H6N1病毒監測，若確認H6N1已變異，甚至須撲殺雞鴨等家禽。
