八里黃金筍評鑑 洪金元2連霸

八里區農會昨天舉辦黃金筍節活動暨黃金筍評鑑比賽，評鑑結果由三度當選冠軍和一屆「甜度之冠」的農友洪金元再度魁元，而陳泉則獲甜度之冠。

黃金筍評鑑比賽由評審就外觀、肉質色澤、柔嫩度、糖度與安全認證等評比，桃園區農業改良場副研究員許苑培說，今年平均甜度都在六以上，甜度之冠更高達六點九，跟蓮霧相近。

林正松公布比賽結果：冠軍│洪金元，亞軍│褚鵬賢、王進興，季軍│謝義信、張生頭、李科練，優勝│莊國份等等十一名，共有六十位農有參賽。
