車禍民事賠償

本人日前車禍
因違規待轉（未轉到待轉區）
遭後方計程車追撞（他是綠燈直行車）
雙方車速都不快
刑事責任上我有被開違規左轉的罰單
現在即將和對方上調解委員會
要我賠償他的計程車
當時也沒撞很嚴重
我本人受一點輕傷也在做輕微復健
機車也稍有損壞
想問懂法律的各位
情勢是一面倒
還是有對我有利的法規

＃我想說各賠各的了事
自己受了傷醫藥費自己出
也不打算獅子大開口
畢竟是我錯在先
但對方只關心他的車
硬要我賠償

請各位替我想想辦法
