北市地產商 自推房價指數

繼北市府正在籌備建立「台北市房價指數」，預計7月中旬上路，台北市不動產代銷經紀商公會最近也將針對台北市預售屋房價變動，建立「民間版」的「台北市房價指數」。 台北市不動產代銷公會法規委員會副主任委員李尚華表示，公會正研擬相關計畫中，未來房價指數不會由業者來製作，而會委託不動產界權威的學術機構和學者專家主持。

至於台北市政府正式通過實施「不動產交易消費資訊管理規範」，房仲業、代銷業者都表示，樂見其成，但勢必造成房仲業和代銷業一定的影響。

至於「行為資訊」會被業者憂心，李尚華指出，主要是條文所指「業者發布購屋意向、價格變動趨勢等行為資訊者，必須說明調查方式、時間、引用資料來源；採問卷調查者，必須說明樣本數。」因為代銷業者擔心，業界目前推估市場景氣，普遍會用每週來人組數、成交比，推估後市景氣趨勢，接下來要如何發布或運用資訊，要嚴格自律。
