被指問診對女患觸胸　醫師獲不起訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市50多歲賴姓心臟內科醫師遭一名年約20歲女病患指控假借觸診襲胸，涉犯性騷擾罪嫌。新北地檢署查出當時告訴人的男友就在診間陪同，認定雙方對肢體碰觸有不同認知而產生誤會，今將賴姓醫師不起訴。

處分書指出，告訴人從香港來台灣讀大學，今年5月自覺頭痛心口悶，找賴姓醫師看診，事後指控賴男故意把手放在她胸口，還輕薄說：「心臟有在跳。」

賴男反駁僅對告訴人用聽診器碰觸，其餘均以儀器檢查，還反指女方要求開立強效止痛藥，被他拒絕。女方男友表示，覺得醫師應該是無心的，「但有做就應該道歉！」
