F-廣華股東會通過配股2.5元

F-廣華 (1338）今日上午十時，在台北市集思台大會議中心召開102年股東常會，由董事長余澤民先生主持，會中承認通過101年度營業報告書、財務報表，以及101年盈餘分配案，每股配發現金股利1.5元及股票股利1元，合計每股股利配發2.5 元。

展望102年第二季，廣華維持審慎樂觀看法。儘管本公司主要客戶包括豐田、本田與日產在內的三大日系車廠，今年第一季受釣魚台事件衝擊，以致在中國的新車銷售仍未回復正常水準，較去年同期表現皆減少兩位數以上；不過相較去年第四季最糟的情況已見改善，尤其4月銷售數字更呈現進一步回溫，使得整體拉貨力道已有逐步回復到中日釣魚台事件前的水準。
