駐日美軍士兵 再傳性侵

駐日美軍再傳性侵事件！日媒引用美軍準機關報《星條旗報》電子報的消息指出，駐日美軍佐世保基地有二名士兵因涉嫌性侵日本女性，目前正接受調查中。

報導指出，這兩名士兵是以佐世保基地為母港的美國海軍登陸艦的船員。近日受害女性向佐世保基地求助，指控本月十四日在佐世保基地外，遭二名美軍士兵性侵，事件因而曝光。這名受害女性並未報警，兩名士兵也未被提起刑事訴訟，但美國海軍佐世保基地正與長崎縣警方合作展開調查。

佐世保基地發言人霍華德在回覆《星條旗報》的電郵中表示，無法否認此事件的可能性。他強調：「我們要求全體海軍相關人員，不管何時都應遵守最高的行動規範。」

駐日美軍士兵性侵、私闖民宅等案件頻傳，長期以來造成嚴重民怨，駐日美軍司令部下令要求低階士兵在凌晨零時至五時外出必須有人同行，駐沖繩美軍更要求士兵除了住在基地外的人，一律禁止在基地外飲酒或飲酒後外出。但即使發布宵禁、禁酒令，成效仍引起質疑。
