桃義勇搜救隊 展現救難技術

（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園30日電）因應斷崖與山谷發生事故時的垂降救援，桃園縣第一支「義勇特種搜救大隊」今天在精湛演練中，展現高超的救難技術。

桃園縣消防局在今年1月成立全台第一支「義勇特種搜救大隊」，並與長庚醫院團隊規劃引進歐美先進各國的S.R.E.M.T.（Search and Rescue EmergencyMedical Technician）成立「特種搜救高級救護隊」。

特種搜救高級救護隊上午在利用大溪鎮武嶺橋邊的斷崖進行第一階段山難救助演練，演練項目從橋邊至溪邊、從陸地到溪谷；參與演練的所有成員，稍有不慎將發生墜崖的危險。

另外高級救護隊也演練人員落水時的溪谷垂降救援，過程相當驚險。

特種搜救高級救護女隊員林怡妏揹著15公斤的重裝備，從20公尺的山崖上，垂降山壁展開救援，場面相當逼真。

消防局表示，有鑑於宜蘭縣蘇花公路及新竹縣司馬庫斯車輛墜崖事故的救援需求，救災人員可於斷崖垂壁下利用高級救護技術延續傷者生命再行後送，才能顯示「1加1大於2」的救災救護功能。1020530
