政院國際記者會　未來食品參毒「重罰」

毒澱粉陰影籠罩全台，行政院今晚7點召開國際記者會，衛生署長邱文達表示，今天下午行政院副院長毛治國舉行食品安全會報，做出幾項結論，其中最重要的是要加速《食管法》修法，未來食品參毒要「重罰」。

邱文達指出，今天下午做出幾項結論，包括即起提供安全證明、3天內全面市場稽查、1周內全面銷毀違規產品、下月1日起全面複查是否有出具安全證明以民心安定。

他說最重要是要進行《食管法》修法，今明環衛委員會改變所有議程，把《食管法》列為第一優先，今天從原來只審到14條，進行到22條，他表示因目前罰則太輕，未來只要食品參毒刑責加重，並加強檢舉獎金。
