研究費除罪 柯文哲：政府太虛偽

立法院趕在會期最後一天挑燈夜戰通過會計法修正案，擴大特別費除罪範圍，前立委顏清標挪用公款喝花酒與台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲研究費案一併解套；柯文哲聽聞直言：「政府太虛偽了。」

「這件事情太奇怪了，如果政府認為喝花酒與作研究都很有貢獻，那我也沒辦法。」柯文哲表示，馬政府施政越來越細膩，「兩個綁在一起，代表他根本不是bumbler而是clever。」
