摘要：兩岸互設辦事處相關條文將在立法院內政委員會審查。民進黨立委陳其邁批評，根據目前談判進度，包括旅行簽證、司法探視權的功能統統都沒有，互設辦事處簡直就是出賣主權、淪為浮士德交易。立委李俊俋說，不具實質功能的辦事處，恐已淪為「一中框架」陷阱，並揚言一定會在立法院抗爭到底。
