人的問題是無解，我有一各朋友在汐止的"A"公司工作，因為主管被鬥走， 他在原來的主管心理並不是紅人，但也不是很黑，就一般普普中等。舊主管 離開後，想說新主管有新的期待，結果發現 team 裡面有一個新主管的紅人， 這個新的 team 只有經理，也是有一個課級主管缺，這個新主管的紅人，一直 跟他不對盤，就是想要爭的課長缺，一直找我朋友麻煩，搞到每天上班都很煩。 後來朋友也是決定要轉單位，搞到最後非但沒轉成功，還考績一直是倒數第二名。 他的主管跟要轉單位的主管說，我朋友很優秀，可是人際關係不好， 又說現在公司都不能找人，不然你們單位的"誰"，願意來我們單位嗎? 沒有一個 主管願意讓會做事的 team member 離開，除非你在這公司認識高層，不然 通常最後不是搞道理外不是人，然後說要離職，鬧到 HR 那邊，才有可能 轉單位成功。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.53.103
