油品風暴越演越烈！大廠也不安全？！福懋橄欖油也爆混油，且來源還是驚爆這次黑心油的大統公司！對此，全聯福利中心昨(2)日發出聲明，直指創造「通路商賣的放心」、「消費者買的安心」環境是政府責無旁貸的責任，也是政府存在的價值。

全聯說，至今為止，並未接獲官方任何通知，但全聯在2日營業前已針對銷售3支橄欖油全數下架。下架油品為福懋漢氏葵花油3公升、福懋漢氏特級橄欖油2公升、福懋漢氏橄欖多酚健康調合3公升。

全聯說，消費者憑「2個月內發票+實體商品」或「2個月內卡友交易紀錄+實體商品」受理退換貨，不換貨亦可退現金。

根據經濟部工業局在10月29日發佈新聞稿，針對食品GMP 14家公司（16個工廠，含福懋油脂）、129項食用油脂認證產品全面清查，表示該次產品檢驗，係依據食品衛生管理法之食用油脂類衛生標準進行檢驗，包括銅、汞、鉛及砷等項目，並加驗棉籽酚。工業局公布的合格公司與產品中，即包括福懋油脂股份有限公司。

全聯說，本次食用油風波發展至今，並非單一食品廠商問題，實已嚴重打擊消費者對食品安全的信心，但中央、地方各相關主管機關，不一致的說法、做法、解釋、命令與要求，徒增問題複雜度，造成消費者、盤商、通路商等各方面的混亂、緊張、對立和無所適從。

全聯聲明痛批，問題發生至今，並未見政府根本解決食安問題的具體做法，由衷期望政府發揮公權力，整合各主管機關，從進口、製造等源頭根本解決食安問題，而非勞師動眾，從銷售通路的最端末重複稽查、抽查完全相同的商品，每每造成社會付出高昂且不必要的成本，與消費者的恐慌、民眾對政府的不信任感。

全聯強調，創造「通路商賣的放心」、「消費者買的安心」環境是政府責無旁貸的責任，也是政府存在的價值。

油品造假風暴仍延燒！彰化縣地檢署檢察官昨(2)日再到大統長基公司調查，董事長高振利坦承，有將油賣給台中市的福懋公司與位在屏東縣的頂新集團工廠。

彰檢說，訊問高振利添加銅葉綠素的葡萄籽油、橄欖油流向，他才向檢方坦承，這兩種產品曾賣給福懋與頂新。但檢方追查時只針對有標示油品品名的下游廠商追查，大統賣給福懋與頂新的出貨單上並沒有油品名稱標示，很難看得出有問題。

據報導，彰化縣衛生局長葉彥伯說經檢察官調查後，確認大統添加銅葉綠素的橄欖油與葡萄籽油，都曾賣給福懋與頂新，將依《食品衛生管理法》中規避稽查，再對大統再開出三百萬元罰單。葉彥伯指出，大統回收通路沒有主動列入福懋，規避調查，實在可惡。

屏東縣衛生局昨晚表示，頂新公司向大統公司買進的油，已在上周前往頂新屏東廠查封200多桶橄欖油與葡萄籽油，每桶192公升，當時要求廠方出示相關證明，但廠方無法提出，因此衛生局決定先查封。

對於油品中招，福懋油總經理許忠明2日傍晚在證交所召開重大訊息記者會，率領主管鞠躬道歉，同時強調，未來將會嚴格把關，確保油品安全。

至於頂新方面，目前還沒有回應。
