上班途中與計程車發生車輛 急!急!急!急!

首先,我要說計程車司機,真的,很難搞,因為20年前在台北基隆路,開公司車與計程
車擦撞,也吃過虧,他錯了,我還破財消災.
你一定有到派出所作筆錄,他移動你的機車是一定要製作進去,最好用手機拍照,甚
至調閱對方之行車紀錄器(若可以).
他不理不睬沒關係,就直接告上去-要檢附醫院醫師證明(訴訟用)-驗傷單,告他過失
傷害外帶民事賠償. 你一定要去作筆錄告他,他才會有壓力而出面解決.
