李文忠宣布參選下屆南投縣長

已辭去民進黨中央組織推廣部主任的前立委李文忠，1日上午在鄉親簇擁，正式對外宣布「參選」下屆南投縣長。李文忠並允諾鄉親「四大方針」，包括未來當選「三等親」以內家屬不得干涉縣政，一百萬元以上工程百分百勘驗，半年內整頓貪瀆推諉風氣，增加縣政財源逐步降低負債，要讓南投「脫胎換骨」。
