南投強震　震毀遊客信心

602地震重創南投，不僅傳出山崩落石意外，還出現了堰塞湖。不只民眾生命財產上受到損失，面對突如其來的天災，觀光與養殖業者更是有苦說不出。

南投溪頭、清境與日月潭是知名旅遊勝地，每年都吸引大批遊客前往。據《TVBS》報導，溪頭妖怪村傳出一名7旬梁姓老翁遭掉落的電箱蓋擊中，不治身亡。是否為地震引發電箱蓋掉落仍需進一步釐清，然而602強震不僅震壞了旅客遊興，也震壞了旅客的信心。在溪頭風景區，住宿退房率高達2成，民宿業者說怕又發生餘震，已經仔細檢查過設備，房子結構安全無虞。

許多房客被強震嚇到，怕有安全上的疑慮，紛紛退房，這股退房潮也蔓延到清境農場民宿。業者說，日月潭房客來源主要是國外旅遊團，大部分都是團體訂房，已有固定行程，較不受到影響。
