世界銀行說　氣候暖化將影響最貧困地區

世界銀行警告說，氣候暖化將影響最貧困地區，甚至造成大飢荒。

世銀去年就發表報告並警告，本世紀結束前，地球溫度可能增加攝氏四度，報告指出，氣候暖化，有些國家可以採取應變措施，有些國家，尤其是貧窮國家，無法應變，將遭受重大打擊。

報告中舉例，到2030年，泰國可能遭受重大水災跟旱災，非洲一些現在生產糧食的土地，可能無法繼續生產糧食。

報告還警告說，南亞國家可能遭受更大水災。例如2010年巴基斯坦水災，兩百萬人受影響，這樣的水災將來可能經常發生。
