印度官員料水災可能導致5千人死亡

聯合國秘書長潘基文，對印度北部暴雨成災，表示傷痛。

潘基文發表聲明，表示聯合國隨時準備協助印度處理善後，重建災區。

印度官方數字顯示，北阿肯德邦至少有680人罹難；不過，當地官員透露，洪水及山泥傾瀉，可能導致超過5千人死亡。
