男子偷前女友錢及筆電典當 一年後仍不還被告竊盜

【朱俊彥／台中報導】台中市一名李姓女子(32歲)5月間控告前男友謝姓男子(39歲、妨害風化前科)，去年3月間偷她價值2萬元的筆電，7千現金及6千元的金飾，被她發現後寫下切結書要賠她，但1個月後2人分手，之後謝男一直沒有賠她及還錢，心有不甘才提告。
 
6月中旬，警方傳訊謝男到案說明，謝男辯稱，當時他們是同居男女朋友，形同夫妻財產共同，他是「借」不是「偷」，是沒錢才沒還。警方斥為無稽。訊後依竊盜罪嫌送辦。
