蘋果哄抬電子書價案結果出爐！美國地區法官Denise Cote 10日裁定蘋果與五大書商串謀、非法調漲書價；要求蘋果再次受審，決定損害賠償金額。

今日美國報和路透社報導，法官Cote指出，發現「有力證據」顯示蘋果違反聯邦壟斷法，在與書商抬價共謀中扮演「主要角色」。蘋果遭控意圖動搖亞馬遜在電子書市場的霸主地位，推動書商定價仲介制，導致書價從9.99美元一路上漲到12.99-14.99美元。Fordham大學的出版專家Albert Greco指出，亞馬遜電子書市佔率從90%降至現今的65%。

Hagens Berman律師事務所合夥人Steve Berman說，判決意義重大，蘋果恐面臨數億美元求償。該事務所有意代表消費者，提出集體訴訟。

五大書商Hachette Book Group、Simon & Schuster、HarperCollins Publishers、Penguin Group(USA)、Macmillan皆已和解，避免審判；唯有蘋果拒不認罪，判決公佈後表示將提起上訴。
