摘要：太平洋SOGO百貨，位在四川成都的門市，因為遠東集團和房東成商集團，爆發經營糾紛這個月15號停業至今，終於傳出重大進展，成都市政府將介入協調，太百和成商最快可能29號也就是下周一重啟談判。不過兩岸簽署投保協議，將近一年，遠東集團的權益，卻還是沒有獲得保障，讓外界對投保協議的作用，產生質疑。
