美容沙龍 簽約的問題!!

如果去美容院工作..例如像詩威特..登琪爾...自然美....媚登峰等等..
要是我簽約了...但是沒有做滿店家要求的一年或兩年的工作時間....毀約金有可能要付幾百萬甚至幾千萬嗎???法律上合法嗎???
