世貿專書肯定ECFA助台參與

二○一○年兩岸簽署經濟合作架構協議（ECFA）有助台灣參與區域經濟整合，世界貿易組織（WTO）專書指出，ECFA之後，預期大陸不會再反對台灣與第三方談判自貿協定。

WTO最近出版由世界貿易政策專家、哈佛大學甘迺迪學院教授范格拉斯提克撰寫的「WTO之歷史與未來」，其中對兩岸在國際多邊貿易體系中對抗、角力及最新發展有詳細描述與解析。

他指出，台灣想與巴拉圭談判FTA，巴拉圭承認中華民國，但其他同屬「南錐共同市場」國家承認中國，使雙方要完成FTA變得非常複雜。
