以色列釋放囚犯 分三梯次

（路透耶路撒冷28日電）以色列內閣今天通過釋放104名阿拉伯囚犯，以恢復與巴勒斯坦的和平談判。以色列第1頻道電視台（Channel 1）報導，將視會談進度分三梯次釋放囚犯。

美國從中斡旋的以巴和談，因外交困局延宕將近3年。 以色列同意釋放囚犯，尼坦雅胡將能擱置巴勒斯坦其他要求，譬如暫停擴建猶太屯墾區，以及保證疆界談判會以1967年中東戰爭前的邊界線為基礎。以色列在1967年的戰爭中占領了約旦河西岸（West Bank）、加薩走廊（Gaza Strip）及耶路撒冷（East Jerusalem）。中央社（翻譯）
