法國藍帶廚藝大賽 明臺高中舉辦

法國藍帶國際廚藝餐旅學院今天（29日）舉辦「Gourmet TAIWAN藍帶學院圓夢計畫」廚藝大賽，來自全國各地美食烹飪好手經過激烈網路初賽後，入選十五強選手齊聚 在霧峰林家花園明臺高中政光大樓廚藝教學中心進行前五強準決賽，經過評審訪談、烹調來展現廚藝與決心，最後五位入選名單與作品出爐，分別為何佳玲、呂昆其、胡修榕、袁士斌、楊惠如。

連續6年明台高中與法國藍帶餐飲學院的策略合作，舉辦包括海外研習、米其林星級餐飲廚藝講座等場場爆滿盛況。今年法國國際藍帶廚藝餐飲學院舉辦總獎學金超過新台幣500萬元的 「Gourmet TAIWAN藍帶學院圓夢計畫」廚藝大賽，明臺高中為比賽指定場地，肯定學校設備與環境，更加完備未來「藍帶明台卓越中心」餐飲教學系統的運作。
