柬埔寨沒變天 獨裁延續？反對派壯大？

摘要：利比亞最動亂的城市之一的班加西，27號傳出大規模越獄事件，共有超過1千名囚犯脫逃，到目前只有約100名囚犯自首或重新被捕，表示還有大批危險份子在街頭橫行，讓當地治安雪上加霜。至於這起事件和近期的示威抗議是否有關連，目前還有待調查。
