威力彩連續24期摃龜，頭獎上看23億元，到底什麼人可以幸運抱走史上最高總獎金呢？根據台灣彩券公司統計，威力彩高額中獎人中，男性占66%，年齡則以50-59歲的人最易中獎，而且生肖屬狗、處女座及血型O型的人最多。
根據台灣彩券從97年1月22日至今年7月15日的威力彩中獎統計，平均每2.8個月開出1次頭獎，平均每2個月產生1位頭獎中獎人，而且平均每次頭彩金額6.3億元。
不過，最令民眾好奇的是，什麼樣的人最易中威力彩呢？根據台灣彩券統計，在威力彩高額中獎人中，男性占66%，年齡則以50-59歲最多，占32%，其次則是40-49歲，臉型則以橢圓型臉最多，其次則是圓形臉，而且濃眉、雙眼皮、高鼻及厚唇者佔多數。
至於生肖以屬狗最多，再來是猴、兔及龍，屬牛的中獎人最少；星座則以處女座最多，其次是金牛座及天秤座，雙魚座最少；血型則以O型最多，其次則是A型。
此外，威力彩高額中獎人中，整體前5大職業別分別是服務業、製造業、自由業、退休及家庭主婦，整體月收入以3-5萬最多，中獎人家庭人口數以4-6人家庭約占71%為主。
