近日貓熊團團圓圓誕下小貓熊圓仔，而當初團團圓圓送來台灣時，就被某些政客及某些政治團體視為大陸對台的統戰手段。

那請問依台灣接受大陸貓熊就等於被統戰的邏輯看，小貓熊圓仔的誕生算是統戰的延續嗎？
