小花蔓澤蘭大舉侵害本土樹種，為捍衛綠林生態，每年的8月15日到9月15日為小花蔓澤蘭全國防治月，為了讓更多人瞭解殺手級小花蔓澤蘭，羅東林區管理處今天在宜蘭縣頭城董慶寺旁的區外保安林，辦理「反綠色殺手-小花蔓澤蘭防治日宣導活動」。

在羅東林區管理處長林澔貞的帶領下，動員地方社區發展協會、國家森林志工、企業志工等300多人，0.5公頃的小花蔓澤蘭頓被清除的一乾二凈，以實際的行動宣誓捍衛生態環境，打造無蔓新森活！
