借錢不成改用搶　得手4萬被逮花不到

【蔡智銘／台中報導】台中市太平區前天凌晨發生一起搶案，23歲曾姓男子向50歲的廖姓友人借錢不成，竟然改借為搶，動手將被害人放在口袋裡的4萬元搶走並開車逃逸。被害人向太平警分局新平派出所報案，警方根據車號，鎖定1輛出租汽車，今天上午前往車行，將正要還車的曾嫌逮捕，依搶奪罪嫌移送法辦。
