《陸企》三一重工與帕爾菲格交叉持股 擬加強合作

大陸三一重工(600031.SH)繼去(2012)年與奧地利帕爾菲格集團成立兩家合資公司後，雙方又於9月30日簽訂合作備忘錄，計劃透過相互持股10%股權方式，加強戰略合作夥伴關係。

根據三一重工公告內容，三一重工擬透過認購帕爾菲格新發行股票及收購帕爾菲格家族所持有股票方式來入股帕爾菲格，持股總數為帕爾菲格發行新股後10%股權，總投資額約1.08億歐元。同時，帕爾菲格透過對三一汽車起重機械及浙江三一裝備進行增資方式，共投資1.10億歐元，增資後帕爾菲格分別佔有上述2家公司10%股權。

另外，2012年，三一重工與帕爾菲格成立了兩家合資公司，分別為三一帕爾菲格和Palfinger Sany International Mobile Cranes Sales GmbH(帕爾菲格三一)，雙方各持50%股份。
