不滿官方無回應　身障抗議團體轉戰立院靜坐

【張勵德／台北報導】由北市新活力自立生活協會所號召的「自立生活大遊行」，傍晚數十位乘坐輪椅的身障者霸佔中山南路、徐州路口的慢車道，癱瘓周邊道路交通。由於集會遊行申請時間只到今晚10時，剛剛主辦單位雖宣布遊行解散，但身障者仍然坐著輪椅「散步」到立法院前，持續靜坐等待官方回應。
