【短片】NASA火星探測器　成功發射擬解火星之謎

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】美國國家航空暨太空總署（NASA）的「火星大氣與揮發物演化」（MAVEN）探測器，當地時間18日下午1點28分，從佛州卡納維爾角空軍基地(CCAFS)成功發射，展開找出火星大氣層變稀薄，以及為何逐漸變成無法讓生物生存的原因。

如果探測器發射後也順利運行，預計航行10個月後，於2014年9月進入火星軌道。這次探索不同於NASA過去的任務，不只聚焦於火星乾旱表層，還聚焦於先前從未研究過的上層大氣之謎。了解數十億年前，鄰近地球的這顆行星為何會從佈滿水的狀態，成為幾乎不具任何大氣層的沙漠星球。
