標題[問題] 南高雄哪邊有手桿麵糰的蛋餅早餐？

記得小時候住在崗山中街附近時候 時常會吃到那種麵糰桿成一張蛋餅皮 放入油鍋中煎，再加顆蛋後，熟成後將蛋餅對折起來， 一整張放入塑膠袋外層再包包張報紙避免燙手， 整張蛋餅啃的好滋味。 現在普遍都是用工廠加工現成的冷凍餅皮， 少數傳統早餐店有採用麵糊下去油煎的蛋餅， 但是麵糊餅皮的蛋餅比較濕潤些，個人還是比較喜愛 那種富彈性較有嚼勁的手工麵糰蛋餅。 想問各位在南高雄(前鎮、小港等..)現在還有類似這樣的傳統早餐店嗎？謝謝 -------------(以下請勿刪除)----------------------- 不管你要問什麼，都別忘了附上『高雄點』 (我是高雄人和我曾住在高雄不能當高雄點喔) 高雄點辦法請見置底公告說明 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.249.181.151
