【短片】站務員睡過頭　害乘客錯過列車

【林師民／新竹報導】台鐵北新竹車站林姓站務員今天清晨值班，因手機鬧鐘未設定成功，導致睡過頭，超過4時34分最早的一班車，造成要搭這班車的乘客，到站時因鐵門沒開，根本進不了月台，只能看著列車開走。林男約45分時驚醒，趕來開鐵門，但為時已晚，乘客只能氣沖沖進月台，改搭下一班5時11分的列車。

台鐵新竹車站站長黃榮華表示，北新竹車站因人力問題，平時僅有1名站務員負責全站，林姓站務員確實因鬧鐘沒調好而睡過頭，造成乘客不便，深感抱歉，林姓站務員則在事發後，立即手寫道歉報告傳真站長，自請處分。
