不怕反彈　李鴻源：2周後公布清境違法業者

【徐珮君／台北報導】內政部長李鴻源昨表示，是否公布清境農場違法業者由行政院決定，被外界質疑擔心業者反彈。李鴻源上午在行政院會後記者會表示，「無所謂怕業者反彈」，內政部營建署正在將全國潛勢圖和清境農場民宿所在位置套疊，預計2星期後公布名單。

李鴻源說，公布名單不是問題，而是要後續細膩規劃，提出配套作法。例如在高危險區業者如何處理？合法業者如何處理？員工生計如何處理等問題，必須交由行政院「國土保育行動專案小組」，跨部會討論決定。

李鴻源下午將舉行記者會，公布全國災害潛勢圖，並以清境農場為例，說明未來可運用在其他地區。
