避免劉政池案　立院要求增列國家公園罰金

【黃揚明／台北報導】因苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池竊佔陽明山國家公園國有地興建違建，立法院內政委員會上午審查營建署明年度歲出預算時，通過由台聯立委黃文玲的提案，將原編列626萬1千元的罰金罰鍰收入提高為2千萬元。

黃文玲指出，國家公園轄區濫墾整地、盜獵採保育類動職務等案件行政罰鍰，明年僅編列收入126萬1千元，其中陽明山國家公園管理處僅編列20萬元，但劉政池長期竊佔國土均視而不見，有包庇之嫌，營建署應積極查處相關案件，因此應提高罰緩收入。在場立委均無異議通過。

另外，建築研究所明年編列447萬餘元執行耐震標章相關計畫，民進黨立委陳其邁質疑耐震標章成效太差，要求營建署應將公共建築物如核四納入強制取得耐震標章，最後委員會通過凍結該預算50%，營建署需提出可行性評估報告才可動支。
