菲殺台民／菲海軍成立115年　基地秀軍艦展示軍力

畫面上可以看到，菲律賓海軍的艦艇，就停靠在海軍基地的港口展示，開放讓民眾登艦參觀，還有不少菲律賓海軍成員在艦艇上幫忙講解，不過由於台菲之間的緊張關係持續升高，菲律賓想要借此展示軍力的味道也相當濃厚。
