過渡性防黑　蔡英文：支持全民調、選舉權延長

民進黨日前完成「異常入黨調查報告」，前主席蔡英文以新聞稿表示，前一段時間，黑道入黨的傳聞，對黨形象的傷害是非常大的，黨中央日前完成調查報告，有部分查出，確有可疑之處，也有許多傳聞並無證據證明確有其事。
 
蔡英文認為，民進黨必須誠實面對一個事實，就是當前的制度提供了誘因，它存在系統性的風險，可能被有心人士操作、進而對黨造成傷害。
 
蔡英文說，她認為，現階段在思考出更好的方案之前，黨應該有過渡性的防弊措施，因此，她支持維持現行公職提名採用「全民調」的方式，以及讓新進黨員的選舉權期間，從1年延長為2年。
