標題[問題] 關於離職後的問題

現在目前還有一份正職的工作，但是最近跟另一間公司談好因為突然離職有些不好意思，所以想先逐步減少目前的工時因為我不想讓錢雇主之道我要換工作，請問該怎麼處理會比較妥善呢直接離職?先幫忙分擔一些時間再離職? 另外新公司要加保勞健保，但是如果我舊公司退的話怕被懷疑可以兩邊都保嗎?除了多付錢之外會有影響嗎? 如果退保，舊雇主有辦法查到我的新勞健保在哪嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.143.134.232
