火箭隊將在菲律賓和溜馬隊打前所未有的季前賽。林書豪星期一隨著火箭隊到了菲律賓，立刻成了菲律賓人關注的焦點，搶走了其他隊友不少風采。

今天他跟隊友在馬尼拉練球吸引了不少文字和攝影記者去採訪。林書豪很會說話。他說，能到一個「來電」的環境打球讓他十分興奮。他還說，父母跟他說了許多菲律賓有趣的事情。他在商場碰到不少人熱情的歡迎他，讓他深受感動。
